Every package we offer is fully customizable, and includes a list of additional services we offer as add-ons. We, like so many successful brands before us, find ourselves pulling back the curtains… giving you a peek into what working with us is really like. The question I’m sure you will find yourself asking, however, is what makes Krista Lax Creative any different from the rest? Although the best way to allow us to truly dive into our lengthy answer is by hopping on a discovery call, here is a brief synopsis.

We recognize that every single business that walks through our virtual doors is different. It follows, then, that each of those businesses has unique needs. We built this understanding into our process from the very beginning — a streamlined business model designed to account for the fact that your brand is your own, and no one else’s. I'M READY TO INQUIRE
If you’ve gotten the feeling that we’d make a good pair, please reach out! The best way to get in touch with our studio in by completing our inquiry form. The form itself is designed to be convenient for your life and your schedule (i.e. it shouldn’t take too long). We ask that you fill it out because it is important to us to ensure we are getting to know both yourself and your business. We offer a variety of different packages in order to be able to serve a variety of different businesses, which is why it’s essential that we know where you’re at. Your inquiry form also serves as our homework—giving us the basis to thoroughly prepare and be ready for any and all questions you may have (often these are things pertaining to timelines, investment, and more).
After I receive your inquiry, I’ll reach out via email to set up our first (free!) consultation. We’ll connect on Zoom, or over iced lattes (a studio favorite), and discuss your needs. We pride ourselves on delving in deep to discover where and if Krista Lax Creative is best suited to serve you & your business.
Following our call, I will send over a quote, and if we get your stamp of approval, we’ll get you set up with our client management system (Honeybook). From there, it’s official—we both sign our contract & you pay a 20% booking deposit!
A few weeks prior to your onboarding date I will set up your client portal (with just a bit of homework). Now I know… no one likes to fill out forms. But as we’ve mentioned, we’re all about getting to know you & your business. This is why it’s crucial that you fully and intentionally fill out our questionnaires so that I can gain further context about your business and the direction you are hoping to take your brand. But here’s the good news—once you’re done with that bit, your first job is done. You can sit back, relax, and get ready to soak in the beautiful brand coming your way.
Our number one goal is that you walk away from our collaboration together with a brand and website that you absolutely love and connect with. Our process involves a diligent revision period in which we address your notes and feedback with thoughtful design solutions and fine-tune every detail ahead of launch day!
&& you’re off!! It’s time to set you free. At this point…all of your branding, collateral, and web design will be complete. All of your final files will be uploaded in the Notion portal. You will have full access to each design, piece of collateral, and web hosting platform. In addition I will provide detailed instructions on how to use each file and will be available to help you with files or web updates should you run into any difficulty in the future.
You can expect a gift a few weeks after off-boarding with some fun branded surprises + a “hard copy” of all your files for safe keeping.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do you offer a payment plan?
Yes, all packages are automatically set up in installments. 20% is required as a booking deposit to secure your spot. The remaining 80% will then be divided into 3 installments paid through the duration of your package timeline. Payment one is due at onboarding, installment two is due half way through your project, and installment three is due on launch day prior to receiving all final files. If you need a mores specialized payment plan, do not hesitate to reach out and ask!
How quickly can I launch?
Our branding packages typically takes 4 weeks and then website design takes about 4-6 weeks after that. Timelines may vary depending on scope but average around 8-10 weeks. Keep in mind we are typically booked out 3-6 months in advance. Always reach out early!
Will I have the opportunity to request revisions?
Ofcourse! All packages come with 2 included rounds of revisions. Our client typically don't even end up having to use one of them due to the collaborative client experience and extensive brand research we do before we even begin designing. Do not worry, we strive to keep you involved in the whole process so that you walk away with a brand that you LOVE and that serves your ideal target audience.
Can you design me just a logo?
We are firm believers that "just a logo" cannot tell your brands full story. For that reason, we do not offer singular logos. We specialize in developing strategic brand identities that work as a cohesive system.
Where are the websites hosted?
I design and develop all websites in Show-It or Shopify. Website hosting + domain registration fees are NOT included in the packages. We will happily help you navigate the process of setting up you accounts if needed!
